The TechOps Service Desk handles the backend architecture that powers our company, and we primarily focus on high-level maintenance of systems, software, and administrative technology. Examples of typical requests include infrastructure alerts, backend changes (DNS/SSL/Azure/etc.), deployment of new applications, and web security improvements.
